Yes, that's the whole PDF, available for each ILE language. I was just after a purely debugging-centric document, akin to SC09-1897-00, "ADTS/400: Interactive Source Debugger" from 1994. But somewhat newer: I assume there was some development taking place between 1994 (V3) and e. g. 2k (V4R5). :-)

But there does not seem to be a separate PDF for just debugging.
