As far as TLI support goes, you have to get to (or past) level 2 before you speak to someone intelligent.

What are you needing to upgrade?  I moved on from Trusted Link years ago due to their unfair licensing practices.  If you don't have a current support contract with them, they're going to want to charge boatloads of moola to get current before providing you any support.

Does any one know a good resource contact for upgrading older IBM i TLI - Trusted Link.  We are in process of upgrading and could use extra hands.  There used to be a TLI group and I couldn't find info on it.  I couldn't find a Linkedin group either.
