I'm hearing that it's not likely to be a P05. I'm hearing that P05 has hit
it's end of the road. Much like IBM retired any tier above P30.

"The P40, P50, and P60 tiers, which are also withdrawing as part of this
announcement, have not been available since Power7/7+ technology based and
earlier servers."

A new S1112 box will be available during 2026. There is no release date.

I guess this box could be P05, who knows...

Diego,
Is the price just the hardware or does IBM i also factor into the price?
I think P05 has gone the way of the dodo bird.

Try to quote an S1122 (smallest P11 box to be available) and compare
pricing to a similar S1014 o S1012.

Also check performance: S1122 vs S1012 with IBMi

If you take a look at P11 new boxes to be released , there is no entry
option (no S1114/S1112 or S1122S).
That sounds strange,

From Brandon Pedersons blog:

The Power E1180, Power E1150, Power S1124, and Power S1122 will be
Generally Available on Friday, July 25th, as well as Power11
processor-based servers in the cloud on Power Virtual Server.
Expected delivery seems to be early August.
