yes, it can do it.  OAuth isn't foreign to the IBM i or anything unique to
a specific OS/platform.

 I've written interfaces from scratch that do it.  Also many applications
that interface from the other end.  If you're looking for something to do
it for you I'm sure that exists, but it's not free.
