Good News Everybody!

The new search engine is LIVE!

Please report any problems to david (at) midrange.com.

It appears many vendors are assuming that their software should just work
with 7.6. After all, they had no problems with 7.1-7.5.
7.6 has changed numerous commands, APIs, SQL services, etc. Those which
formerly were publicly available now require either *IOSYSCFG or the user
be in the first of these function id's:
New IBM-supplied function IDs
<https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ssw_ibm_i_76/rzarl/rzarlfunctionusage.htm#rzarlfunctionusage>
:

- QIBM_IOSYSCFG_VIEW
- QIBM_QZLS_NETSVR_SHARE
- QIBM_RUN_UNDER_USER_NO_AUTH

- I've had one vendor trip up on this already.
