I always search IBM websites directly instead of trying Google, etc. I'm
under the impression that so much is behind a log on that the web crawlers
get thwarted at the moat.
Even then, for that particular information, I used logic instead of
searching.

Thanks Rob. While I should have thought about the support pages, I still
wonder why an internet search would not find them.

Now I let the auditors read this and watch their heads explode since none
of them will understand more than a couple of things in here. Fortunately
the network guys yawned and said something to the effect of “yea, got
it…..”

At the top will be a blue box with the text: Does your company upload
diagnostic files to IBM Support? You may have to make configuration
changes
to continue to upload files. Read more
Click on the read more. Process that.
Further down on this link will be what you originally asked about. Look
for the following text:

The changes announced here follow on already implemented realignments
such
as

Preparing customer firewalls and proxies for the upcoming infrastructure
changes – Call Home, Electronic Fix Distribution

Process those.

Good luck and Godspeed.

My searches for the current IBM support IP/URLs etc, has failed to find
anything except of the IBM Cloud environment. I have a list from about
2
years ago but I believe IBM changed them recently.

I need a source from IBM for customers auditors (who won’t believe it
unless it comes from IBM) so a URL to the documentation would be great.

Anyone have that?
