There is no such setting as USRCLS(*GROUP) - I don't think groups are so 
complicated as you suggest. There is a hierarchy of how authorization is 
determined, and groups are a part of that.

Supplemental groups are only up to 15 additional groups used for 
determining authorization, again. There is a chapter in the Security 
manual about how all this works, that would be helpful.
