Hello Patrik, Jim, Marco, Richard

After many futile tweakings of NFS parameters on the i side as well as on
the Win side.
I have managed to overcome the "borned locked file" problem
by changing the AUT parameter of CPY / CPYTOIMPF etc. CMDs from the default
values
to *INDIR (Default is *OBJ for CPY and *DFT for CPYTOIMPF)

a stone off my chest...
