Hi Bill

The thing here is "...trying to connect securely..." - it is trying to 
use SSL. Either you need to get digital certificates set up or turn off 
the checkbox in the RDi connection that says to connect securely - this 
is easy to miss, sometimes it seems that is a default when creating a 
new system connect.

In the *Remote Systems* view, right-click on the system, click on 
*Properties*, click on *Connection*, then look at the *Use secure 
communications methods* checkbox - if it is checked, click on it to 
uncheck it.
