Jerry,

Are you asking about a real S36 piece of hardware, or something with M36 ,
or an AS400 (many models/releases) w twinax controller and S36 environment,
or what? Need to define exactly what hardware and software and release..
There are 3rd party controller boxes to attach to current hardware
(TwinData, etc).
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/tips-making-twinax-printers-work
CRTDEVPRT command still lists twinax printers like 5256 - but also 6404,
6408, 6412 which i think are in the 6400 class ribbon printers

Anyone know if an IBM twinax printer (model 010 or 008) will work on an
IBM S/36 system?

Thx,

Jerry
