I did run a STRMNTBRM as per the cover letters.

GUI review:
I instantly noticed something. I had 5 "Incomplete backups". One was an
unknown issue that was over a decade old. There seems to be a little issue
with tape expiration when you delete them. Not often one deletes tapes in
a VTL. Device migration perhaps being one of them...
Took a teams meeting with two top dogs from IBM, and some judicious use of
Run SQL Scripts, to clean this up.
Funny thing though. And the GUI people are going to LOVE this. Me and the
two dogs thought we had it all cleared up. Ran all sorts of SQL to verify
it. However, just to go back in there solely for this email. I noticed we
still have one "Incomplete backup"!!!
Oh, wait a minute. It's not a miss of cleanup. It's ok. The backup was
from 2023-02-09. The tapes were expired a year later. And even though the
tapes have since been reused, etc, it will keep this record of Incomplete
backup for a year after the tapes expired from this backup. So, roughly
2025-02-09. Seems odd, but as the one guy explained, some LUG customer
explained their need for such retention. To me, that just gets you numb to
"Incomplete backups". Ok, whew, now I have had my first cup of coffee this
fine Saturday morning.

Tim, you seeing this? MV was one of the people helping me.

in the coverletters there is mention of running STRMNTBRM. I "think" it
is create the SQL services they've created, maybe id does stuff for the
web interface
I will be interested in your "review" of the new web interface.

Why does it concern me? Well, if I didn't happen to have a ptf, then
maybe
what I really need to run is an INZBRM, STRMNTBRM or some other like
process to remedy it.

Now they're telling me that it is not the ptf. But some process that
the
ptf install does which actually creates the web instance. We're still
trying to track that down. By the time we're done with the dozen or so
lpars remaining we'll get it.

Apparently the site

https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/2534146050/Configuring+the+BRMS+Web+Interface
failed to mention a most important PTF: SJ02198

Has anyone used the new GUI available with 5770-BR2?
I have the 7.5 PTF listed. However, when I try the "instructions" at

https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/2534146050/Configuring+the+BRMS+Web+Interface

Then I try "Starting and ending the BRMS Web Interface" by using
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(QBRMWEBSVR)
File QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS with member QBRMWEBSVR not
found.
Problem detected with instance file QATMHINSTC in library
QUSRSYS.
HTTP server not started.
STRTCPSVR completed successfully; however errors occurred.
