Why does it concern me? Well, if I didn't happen to have a ptf, then maybe
what I really need to run is an INZBRM, STRMNTBRM or some other like
process to remedy it.

Now they're telling me that it is not the ptf. But some process that the
ptf install does which actually creates the web instance. We're still
trying to track that down. By the time we're done with the dozen or so
lpars remaining we'll get it.

Apparently the site

https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/2534146050/Configuring+the+BRMS+Web+Interface
failed to mention a most important PTF: SJ02198

Has anyone used the new GUI available with 5770-BR2?
I have the 7.5 PTF listed. However, when I try the "instructions" at

https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/2534146050/Configuring+the+BRMS+Web+Interface

Then I try "Starting and ending the BRMS Web Interface" by using
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(QBRMWEBSVR)
File QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS with member QBRMWEBSVR not found.
Problem detected with instance file QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS.
HTTP server not started.
STRTCPSVR completed successfully; however errors occurred.
