A past client of mine is reporting a hardware error message. All of the information I have so far is this (from the green-screen screenshot I was sent):

Message: *Attention* Contact your hardware service provider now

Cause: Internal analysis of an exception indicates that hardware service is required now.

Recovery: Contact your hardware service provider and provide the following list of possible failing items:

01JC773

Possible cause: I/O adapter card

Portability:

Part number: 01JC773

As far as I know, they do not have a maintenance contract in place. Suggestions for next steps are welcome, I'll forward replies to the client.
