IIRC it’s QSYS2, which should be in the system portion of the library list (not near a system at the moment)

What’s the system portion of the library list look like?

Thank you Glen.

But I am getting this error since it cannot find what library the data
dictionary is in.

I will need the name of the library where the tables *SYSCOLUMNS *and
*SYSCOLUMNS2
*are located.

Check SYSCOLUMNS and SYSCOLUMNS2.

Eg.

SELECT *
FROM syscolumns2
WHERE system_table_schema = 'lib-name'
AND system_table_name = 'table-name'
ORDER BY system_column_name;

Happy Friday to you,

Will you please tell me the name of the library and table that contains a
data dictionary of all columns of all physical files in the system ?
