Hello sages

When sorting out some problems caused by us moving to Exchange 365 ,
I have found many QTSMTPCLTP jobs in status JOBLOG PENDING.
Querying these job I have found that most of them had a MSG
CPC1213 - "Prestart job ending; too many prestart jobs not in use".
After killing some hundred such jobs I would like to know how to eliminate
those MSGs ( reducing No. of prestart jobs? )
