No, however anyone used to reading IBM tea leaves has to be wondering about a couple of the items in this list. Note that PDM with SEU is NOT on the list. Just all the other virtually unused portions of that software.

The other question I have is with the BOOTP server going away, how is a network installation going to be done, only from the HMC? A question to ponder in the next year.

Subject With the dropping of a few features from IBM i are there vendor software concerns?

Does anyone know of any vendor supplied solution for IBM i which will have
an issue with this statement?

IBM i 7.5 will be the last release that will deliver the following
functions from the IBM i portfolio:

Just trying to find out if I need any vendor issues resolved before that
comes out. Based on IBM i's 3 year cycle it's likely to be next spring.
