Change User Auditing (CHGUSRAUD)

you could also, if on later release, to use authority collection to see what objects they tried to "touch".

not sure about who you are looking at, but there are vendors that have screen capture for elevated support profiles.

I have used exit proint QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND to make sure that when a user signs off(SIGNOFF) a joblog is generated
