when was the last time you heard of a support ticket for CICSAbout as often as I've heard about a support ticket for DB2 Multisystem.

Yes, there was - I replied to this as I think to say it "...is going
away..." is too strong. I've been in conversations with IBM, who agree that
the wording last May or June could be better. So I simply wanted to say we
can still use these products at our own risk if there are problems. One
might ask, when was the last time you heard of a support ticket for CICS -
so these things can be extremely stable.
