It's an Alienware Aurora R7.  A desktop computer that's getting pretty old now -- I've been using it as my primary workstation for both work and play for about 8 years.  This problem only cropped up recently.

Hello,

Not sure what changed, but at some point the F13-F24 keys stopped
working for me in ACS. on one Windows 10 PC.? I can use these functions
via the "keypad" feature, that works fine... but press Shift-F1 through
Shift-F12 no longer works.

Anyone know what might've caused this and how to fix it?
