Well, I just tried Google's Gemini and it was very clear stating that " I
can't directly convert RPGLE code to VB due to limitations in code
processing. " and it followed that statement giving some tips for doing a
conversion.

Maybe not right now, but I'm very sure that in five or ten years time a lot
of programming tasks will be very doable by AI.
