Yes, don't bother with multiple export blocks.

Use only *CURRENT, give it a named signature like 'TOUCHTONE', and just keep adding your new exports to the end. Don't remove or reorder any exports.

I think of the export list as an array of pointers mapping each EXPORT by ordinal sequence (not by name!) Alter the sequence, wreck the array for existing *PGMs.
