Well, nothing is getting passed into HTTPAPI with a bad length. And so
that appears to be a dead end.
But it is simple enough to add a prototype for putenv(), and then do a
putenv('QIBM_MALLOC_TYPE=DEFAULT') in the INZSR.
Once I get this thing to a point where it's actually practical to
compile this as a module, and link it into other applications, I
obviously will have to put the putenv call elsewhere, but I can't
imagine a putenv call being particularly costly, especially compared
with a web service call.
