I recently went to Windows 11 and am running ACS 1.1.9.5.
When I open my ACS-5250 sessions I get a windows CMD window opening up.
Sometimes there is nothing in it. If I close it my ACS-5250 sessions will
close.
Why is this CMD window opening?
How do I fix it so the CMD window doesn't open?

I found this in the archives, and it seems similar. No replies to it with
a solution. subject "Error when starting up ACS in Windows 11".
