I agree with Bryan. Go to level 40 or 50.
There are two schools of thought here.
1) Baby steps: Go to level 30 and once that is shaken out, then go to
level 40.
2) Jeepers, it's taken decades to make the leap to level 30. Do you want
to wait decades to go to level 40? Get the pain and suffering over with
and do them both now.
We started out at level 30. We came from a S/36. We also learned the hard
way that testing all the applications as someone with all special
authorities was a VERY BAD idea. That was a whole new concept for us.
