You have an operating system installed when you get in a new Power System?
We don't.  You, or your BP, must have asked for a special feature code to
have a certain level of IBM i installed.
I guess, unless you tend to order new systems on a frequent basis, trying
to figure out what you did wrong is a waste of time and you need to
concentrate more on getting to where you need to be.
