"Include debug messages in job log" will already start the debugger.
Remove the "Include debug messages in job log" and it should work

Subject: CPF3501 "Job is already being serviced, traced, or debugged." using
ACS SQL system debugger

I never ended the system debugger, but it's giving me this error when trying
to debug the same SQL procedure that I modified since starting the debugger.
I googled, and, per an IBM support document, I verified that "Include debug
messages in job log" and "Ignore 'Object Not Found' on DROP" were both
already unchecked. I'm not seeing any jobs running under my profile except
for the green screen job. What am I missing?
