You can get a dump of the MIME in gmail, but it appears the issue is with
the client. (click 3 dots, Show Original).

You can see content type, etc. your mail router will probably throw a
bunch of extra stuff into it so if SENDMAILR can do a dump of the original
that's the best to look at.
