Defaults on the snapshot is a good start.
Attach that immediately to the ticket. You can even do it before it even
assigns a case number.
Otherwise you will get the standard delaying tactic asking for a list of
PTF's, etc.
If you have a joblog, attach that too. In text form, not PDF. IBM won't
use PDF joblogs. I suspect they have a tool analyzer that isn't written
for that.
