You want to allow accented characters like è in the database?
Will need CCSID different from 37.
Will your DB2 tables be compiled for Unicode, different CCSIDs?
DB2 tables in Multi-national packages like JDE EnterpriseOne allow it: https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/JD%20Edwards%20EnterpriseOne/650479_1.html
