I second this.
Then again, my dealings with Avalara have been nothing but spam after spam after spam (emails and calls) after attending one online meeting.. and every question asked they would reply "good question! Set up a meeting with one of our experts offline and we'll answer them."
Their nexus info is pretty good, though, however flawed and "high level" it is. Especially for WI. I've tried to help correct them on that but nothing.
