I'm gonna answer this myself....there IS a way to get exhaust fan
temperatures but it ain't easy.? I found this relatively old YouTube
video from an IBM'er but it doesn't deal with IBM i directly, it just
addresses the Power processor and uses webm cli to access the values in
(thru) the FSP.?? I ran the webmcli command from a Linux instance that
just happens to be a LPAR on my Power 9.? Works like a charm but takes a
little work to get set up and tested.

Gonna add a Nagios script to check on it every 30 minutes or so and
notify me if the temps get to 90 degrees or above (== A/C dead)
