PING RMTSYS('www.xxxxxx.com')
I noticed that on the screen there is a grey underline starting at the
first w of www and extending all the way through the trailing apostrophe
and the right parentheses.
I would open up a case on this.

When I have a URL inside parentheses on a command line ("MYCOMMAND URL(
www.xxxxxx.com)"), iACS includes the last parens in the hyperlink. If I
click on the hyperlink, it fails with the error message " *www.xxxxxx.com
<http://www.xxxxxx.com/>%29*’s server IP address could not be found."
