When QB demanded that I continue to pay them only to have access to previous years QB files, I waved goodbye, not sorry to see you go! Then I handed said files to my accountant. The online version, so I'm told, is 'sub-par' (I'm being kind.)

I will say though that if IBM's digital on line invoicing works as reliably as ESS does, you'll see one invoice in three. :-)

I would estimate that half the time I attempt to get into ESS I get Error 500: "Oops, that's knot write." And if you click on the 'report this error' button you get regaled with what IBM is doing at the Masters. *sigh*.

thing worse is trying to deal with Intuit for Quickbooks Online.. which I
wish I would have never moved to.
