Time IFS file from window -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all

If i create a file in IFS, for example with cpysplf *TOSTMF, when i see it
from 5250 wrklnk command, i see the exacte time creation, instead if i go
via window by shared folder, the same file has a time added of two hours ..

Which could be the problem ?
