Customer lost DST QSECOFR password.

Following these instructions on an 8202 P7 system from Larry Bolhuis

**********************************
Select manual mode from the control panel (01 B M)
Select function 21 and press Enter
control panel display is now 21 00
Log on as QSECOFR QSECOFR
**********************************

Selected function 21 from the pull out control panel

Press enter and control panel is now 21 00

Press enter again

Using ACS I still get a prompt for DST userid/password when I click console for selected system

Expecting to be able to log on to DST with QSECOFR QSECOFR

Hmm. What am I missing?
