We've noticed that Telnet sessions that are not signed on (i.e., option
8 on WRKTCPSTS shows a device name, with *SIGNON as the user) stick
around for a while. Do they time out? And is there a setting for how
long it takes for them to time out? Or is that entirely dependent on
whether or not there's something at the other end?
Also, I'm having trouble remembering (if I was ever actually clear on it
at all): does a terminal session that hits QINACTITV get terminated
immediately, or does it initially just get disconnected?
