The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Hi Sergio
You and I have different definitions of "Object Oriented", although I believe we agree that we can use OO concepts in the design of our applications. OO languages like Java and C++ help you use OO ways of working - you can "create" objects using service programs, but you have to manage the structural stuff, the attributes, the methods (getters, setters, etc.) You don't have qualified methods in service programs, right? Service programs are very like DLLs in Windows, like .o files, perhaps, in C/C++ - and those are not "Object Oriented" files.

Vern

The versions prior to the ILE environment, are not Object Oriented, but
from the ILE environment,
we have Object Orientation, when using Procedure, Service Programs and
Modules
