Re: Do not leave your system with system value QCCSID set to 65535

Please do not leave your system value QCCSID set to 65535. I like to
think that IBM picked the most annoying CCSID so that you would change it
to one more appropriate for your location.

Many of us have changed that system value during the middle of day on our
production lpars and have never looked back. Me, I picked 37. But your
location may differ.

Leaving it at 65535 will cause you no end of grief in data conversion,
downloading, etc.
