The Google Maps APIs could most likely handle this pretty easily. You
would just need something like GETURI, HTTPAPI, or SQL HTTP functions to
make the calls. You could also use open source (nodejs, etc).

I don't have any specific examples but it shouldn't be too difficult if
you've worked with web APIs before.
