We use CNX's Nitro App Builder for a number of maintenance and ad-hoc reporting tasks. Great tool with excellent support. (https://www.cnxcorp.com/valence-software/low-code-app-builder <https://www.cnxcorp.com/valence-software/low-code-app-builder>)

I also recommend PHP Grid as a great tool for this kind of CRUD development and at a very low cost (https://phpgrid.com/ <https://phpgrid.com/>),
