I would like to find out how to map the keyboard in ACS.
I'd like to map the following:

When I press two keys:
<L-shift> `
That is a back quote.

I'd like it to do the same thing as pressing:
<shift> F4

That is the same as pressing the PF16.

I can't figure out how to map two keys to one.
