Just remembered - Bruce could also be called Mr Calendar - he told me once that his wife didn't let him go to social gatherings much, since he easily could "inflict" his extensive knowledge of dates and times Gregorian and Julian and Lillian. I must admit, I enjoyed him telling all that "interesting" stuff!

Indeed, this is sad news! I always any time I had with Bruce, and he helped me in many ways, with his copious contributions to this platform. He was known, as Birgita said, as Mister CL, and Bruce was behind most of the C-function conversions to RPGLE in QSYSINC. I was just thinking about him this morning as I was looking at offerings at COMMON. Greatly missed is he!
