1) Perform an inventory of the software running on the system.
2) Determine which software using HTTP. (In most cases, this is pretty obvious, like you may have the Apache server, WebSphere, Tomcat, nginx, so they are pretty obvious. Sometimes other applications will have an HTTP server built-in for some other purpose like configuration, though.)
3) Review the documentation for each package to see how to update it to use TLS. (Or call their support, etc.)
