Just discovered that if you put a $ at the end of a share name it will not appear in the list of shares.
Details.
I have a directory called /home/ROB
I created a share called robhome$ over this directory.
On my PC I open Windows Explorer and go to \\myibmi<file://myibmi>
The list of shares on that lpar appear. Robhome$ is not one of those appearing.
However if I go to \\myibmi\robhome$<file://myibmi/robhome$> it works.
