What website do you use to check SWMA?

You can find SWMA records on ESS https://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/ProtectedServlet.wss

Are you trying to order a server firmware PTF (MHxxxxxx) (note: I would
be surprised that you do so :-) or an IBM i LIC one (MFxxxxx)?
</snip>
Neither. MA*. Test trap ptf. Specifically approved for this serial number.
So, you should not get this error. Try to contact ESS support with your concern. Not sure if they will help you (as ordering PTF is more a FixCentral concern), but they might be able to forward your request. I do not remember if there is a Feedback or ContactUs button on FixCentral. You might also want to use the feedback buttons of the support site you used to open the call.
