Accessing a Web-Service might not be the problem.
With the HttpGetCLOB (or other http functions) in the SYSTOOLS schema
or better with the newer HTTP_GET (or other functions) a Web-Service
can be accessed.
The result can than be decoposed In composition with the XML_TABLE
function (and this will be the hardest part).

I need to consume a service to get inventory balances. The service
is SOAP based. I was hoping for JSON/REST but they do not support REST.
So I have to use SOAP for now.
