Hi Tim,
We use Midrange Dynamics as our change management system and we also use the MDWorkflow module. Their MDOpen module integrates with RDi so you can do most of your work there. I think they are also working on integration with Visual Studio Code. We switched from Implementer + Integrity a few years ago. We are happy with it so far. You mention "workflow management" in the title, so I'm not exactly sure what aspects of the tool you are asking about. You can contact me offline if you wish.
