I looked at their website - it is (or started out as ) a CMS - change management system. So it could be in the same area as Turnover and Aldon and Implementer and Remain and others. I do see where it has a component they call MDWorkflow and it integrates with Jira or ServiceNow, it says.

As you say, Richard, it depends - good IBMish answer, man!
