Many years ago IBM removed the ability to enable a disabled Netserver user
via CHGUSRPRF(user). One can do it via calling API QSYS/QZLSCHSI or the GO
NETS menu or Navigator. I've been using the GO NETS menu.

I finally decided to change my own written command from CHGUSRPRF to the
API. Now I want to test it. Does anyone know a way to *disable* a
Netserver user? Other than changing the password for some random user,
forcing the failure from Windows, etc. then fixing it all afterward. This
is inconvenient for whatever user I would try it with. I did not see
anything in Navigator to disable a user.

Thanks.
