No, that just finds cases where the any given pair occurs more than once.

I'm attempting to verify that, for example, if there is at least one record in which CUSKEY='123' and CUSCOD = 'FOO', then all records with CUSKEY='123' have CUSCOD='FOO', and all records with CUSCOD='FOO' have CUSKEY='123'.
